THEY WILL RETURN

Raise your children up in the way they should go.

Some well see, some will flee.

When they are older, they will return to thee.

They will come back.

Hope and pray, find truth in that fact.

They will come back someday, they will come back.

I will forgive.  I will forget.

I will run out to greet you.

I will be excited.  I will be glad.

I have missed your smell.  I have missed your sound.

For you are lost and not yet found.

Thank you Lord for that seed.

Some plant, some water, some feed.

You make it grow.  You make it glow.

Sometimes conditions need to be just right.

For it to break through and receive your light.

Come back to me. Come back where it is safe.

Come back, feel my warm embrace

For while you were lost I prayed and wept for you.

I have missed our walks.  I have missed our talks.

I miss doing the things we used to do.

I look down the road wishing to see you there.

It’s because you are mine, I love you, and I really care.

Jesus, I am in awe of how your creation took place.

I am in awe of your mercy and grace.

I am in awe that your stars feel of the sky.

I am in awe that you sent your son to die.

I am in awe that he rose and took our sins away.

I am in awe that he is coming back to stay.

I am in awe. Oh my God, I am in awe of you.

I am in awe that you care for us at all.

I am in awe that you love us even after our fall

I am in awe that when we are weak you make us strong.

I am in awe that you gave us your redemption song.

I am in awe. Oh my God, I am in awe of you.

You take sinners and you set them free.

Believing in your son is your holy decree.

You allow us to become filled with you.

Believing and living your word is all we need to do.

I am in awe of how easy it is to love you.

.You make beauty out of ashes and joy out of our sorrow.

You always give us hope for our tomorrow.

.You heal broken minds, broken hearts and broken lives to.

I feel so sorry for all who haven’t received you.

When we whisper your name, our circumstances change.

No matter where we are, you are always in range.

You clothed us with robes of righteousness and garments of salvation.

After we are all dressed up, we look like your heavenly creation.

Please stay with us don’t ever depart.

You make us in your image, you hide heaven in our hearts.

Make my life part of your Jesus show.
