Easter’s Gift

I am the one that hammered that spike into your hand.

I am the one that nailed your feet so you could not stand.

I helped mankind lift your cross and put it into that hole.

As you cried out in pain, at that time, it didn’t even bother my soul.

We stabbed a spear in your side and blood and water ran down in plain sight.

Right after you had cried, “It is finished” and gave up your fight.

You were put in a cave when you had died.

I heard that three days later many had seen you, I thought they had lied.

One day I was struggling and didn’t know what to do.

I ran into a friend, one who had claimed he had seen you.

I told him of my trials and tribulations and he said there was a cure for that.

I said in desperation, “What is it?” and we began to chat.

He explained to me all Christ had accomplished by dying and rising again.

About how much he loved all mankind and paid for their sin.

I was moved in my spirit and right there and then received Jesus into my life.

I instantly felt the weight of my sin taken away as God cut it out with his double-edged knife.

I now live with confidence and hope, each day I am here.

For God has given me a supernatural strength, and I have realized I have nothing to fear.

MY  CHURCH

Want to hear the best gospel around?

I know a church on a corner west of town.

The worship music is awesome.

It gets you up out of your chair.

They feel it as they play it.

God is glorified there.

Come on in, come on in, no one will stare.

And when the music stops.

You will want more. But just wait and hear what the pastor has in store.

He is full of love and understanding, that he passes on to you.

He will tell you how much God loves you.

And how he wants you to love Him to.

There will be something about that place.

That makes you feel warm and safe. So come on in, come on in, no one will stare.

It’s a Safe Place, Jesus is found there.

Your heart will be moved.

The Lord will talk to you.

He will fill you with his wonderful truth.

“I am with you always, even to the end of the world.

I am he that lives and was dead.

Yet I am alive for evermore.

I am the way, the truth, and the life.

No one comes to the Father except through me”.

As you hear His word you will start to change.

Emotions will flood you and one of them will be fear

Because what was said, you needed to hear.

You may even want to leave, but stay.

The pastor will ask “do you want Jesus in your heart today”?

Power that overcomes your fear, will tell you to raise your hand.

God is here.

Your fear will leave and peace will take its place.

All because of God’s love and unending grace.

You will be given a Bible, go home and read.

Allow God to do miraculous things with his seed.

Then with your family, friends, and neighbors, start to share.

Asking them to church with you, tell them no one will stare.

Get involved in a Bible study today.

Learn with others what God has to say.

So come on, Come on, receive Christ today.

There is nothing for you to pay.

He is love is free for all every day.

So come on in, come on no one will stare.

Come on in, Jesus is found there.

LAST CHANCE

If I could change just one moment.

I would have said yes to Jesus that last time.

Saying no to him should have been a crime.

Because an eternity not in heaven is a long, long time.

You wanted to break me to your will.

But I said no, I wanted to be me still.

I thought I didn’t need you to help me climb up my Hill.

But I was wrong Jesus, I was wrong.

Can’t I still, come along?

I’m ready to sing salvation’s song.

You can’t come over after you die.

I’m sorry but your time went by.

That is the way my father designed it.

Without Christ, you fall into a deep dark pit.

You must believe Christ died for all.

Receive him as your Savior, when you hear his call.

If you do, eternity in heaven awaits.

If you don’t, your eternity won’t have golden gates.

So, if you are alive, weigh the cost.

Or stay stubborn, proud and lost.

HOW DO I FELL

In the beginning I must say, I felt released and had to stay.

To feel my sins being taken away, I gave my life to Christ today.

It wasn’t hard to do, I opened my heart and put all my trust in you.

You filled me up from the inside, now I would never have to hide.

I now feel so clean and ready to become your clay.

You see I gave my life to Christ today.

My life can go only uphill from here. Christ is taking away that constant fear.

I have strength to face each new trial. He has given me a victorious smile.

Let him tell you of his life his death and his resurrection.

Let him tell you of how he paid for all sin.

Let him tell you why he died for you.

Let him tell you how you can be born brand-new.

Let all you are listen to him, and believe and receive him.

Live the life he created you for. Let him go before you and open the door.

Then with joy in your heart go in.

And let your light shine with a big victorious grin.

He is calling to your heart, what do you say? Let Jesus in today come let’s pray.

Father, I believe in your son and all he has done.

I confess and I choose to believe.

Today his love I will receive.

                                                                                 HEALING

He reached out his hand, and touched the man.

He was healed!

He told the paralytic to pick up his mat and stand.

He was healed!

Let Jesus kiss your ouie and make it better.

Then give him everything else altogether.

For he can’t wait to take our pain away.

He took our sin and pain to his cross forever to stay.

He came to heal more than our body and soul.

Healing our relationship with his father was his main goal.

It’s not just all up to Jesus though,

He gives us a part in it too you know.

We must humbly come to him and ask with faith and feeling.

Jesus will then provide the healing.

Whether today, tomorrow, or not until we see his face.

Does anyone really understand why healing doesn’t immediately take place?

We do know that soon everyone will be healed.

For those in Christ,  his children’s fate is sealed.

HE ROSE

They took him down from His cross.

They laid him on the ground.

They put species on him and wrapped him all around.

They carried him to a tomb where they laid him down.

They sealed him in so later he could be found.

They all went home gathered and prayed.

They couldn’t believe what had happened that day.

Early Sunday morning two ladies went to the tomb.

And Angel ask who are you looking for?

Our master is here in this grave.

No he isn’t he has been saved.

He has survived he is alive.

He rose, the stone was rolled away.

He rose, the tomb was empty that day.

He did what he said, he rose from the dead.

He showed others that he was alive, that he had been revived.

40 days he stayed with them, reaffirming his Royal Diadem.

Then he returned to glory.

But that’s not the end of His story.

He will return.      He will return.

He has done away with the penalty of our sin.

He will return.    He will return.

He will then collect all that belongs to him.

He will return.    He will return.  Be prepared watch and pray.

It might be tomorrow, it might be today.

He is alive.   He is alive. He watches over all.

So be prepared for his returning call.

 A shout from an Angel, then a trumpet blast.

You can’t change your mind, it will happen so fast.

So spread his light at every opportunity.

Praying they will be changed miraculously.

It’s the most important decision you will ever make.

For your body, mind, and soul eternity is at stake.

He lived, he died, he rose, and he will come back soon.

Be prepared watch and pray.

He might come tomorrow, or it might happen today.

Mankind’s passage to heaven is now secure.

Just believe and receive Jesus, let go of your fear.
