HE TOOK ME OUT

Temptation had hold of me.

I was struggling with my life

Gloom and despair surrounded me.

I was struggling with my life.

My problems buried me.

I was struggling with my life.

No way out, I thought.

I was struggling with my life.

Jesus, you met me where I was.

You took me out.

You gave me hope and strength.

You took me out.

You reached down and took my hand.

You picked me up.

Jesus, you met me where I was.

You took me out.

Temptation is losing its hold.

I’m changing my life.

Trust and confidence invade me now.

I’m changing my life.

I now have hope for the rest for my days.

WHO IS THE BOSS

My life without God said

The money I make can buy me whatever I want.

I’m the boss of me.

A house, a car, a boat, and even my friends, they are all there for me.

I control everything in my world.

You see, I’m the boss of me.

God asks

Did you make the universe and the stars in the sky?

Did you give the birds to ability to fly?

Did you define what’s good and bad?

Do you know what makes people happy or sad?

I know the answers to all these things.

You see, I’m the boss over everything.

So why are you so boastful and loud?

Do you think that makes me proud?

I created you from the dirt of the earth.

I said good very good and have loved you from your birth.

I’ll soon be coming back in a cloud,

To receive those who humbled themselves and make me proud.

So why are you so boastful and loud?

Did you make the universe and the stars in the sky?

Did you give the birds the ability to fly?

Did you define what’s good and bad?

Do you know what makes people happy or sad?

I know the answers to all these things.

You see, I’m the boss over everything.

Two-times Two Doesn’t Equal Four Anymore

Two times two doesn’t equal four anymore, when God is involved,

No, two times two doesn’t equal four anymore, when God is involved,

Two times two doesn’t equal four anymore, when God is involved,

His product is always so much more,

The widow said to Elijah, what am I to do

I only have oil and flour for one day or two

Elijah told her to bake the bread and feed your son and me

Use it all, trust God, then wait and see

She obeyed the prophet and did what he said

Her bowls never ran out and they were all well fed

His product is always so much more,

Moses and the Israelites in the dessert thirsted to their core,

Moses obeyed and tapped the rock,

Water rushed out and satisfied a million or more,

You see God takes what you have,

He miraculously causes it to grow,

And he gives you all you need,

And so much more,

So, call upon him with obedience and faith,

Then, wait, watch, pray and believe,

You’ll be astonished at what you receive!

A giant came out and challenged God’s army that Saul led,

Then David slung a stone of faith,

It struck the giant in the head,

And he fell dead, hallelujah

Two times two isn’t four anymore when God is involved,

No, two times two isn’t four anymore when God is involved,

Two times two isn’t four anymore when God is involved,

His product is so much more,

There are only five pieces of bread and two fish they began to say,

Jesus took them and began to pray,

Over five thousand were fed that day,

You see, God takes what you have,

He miraculously causes it to grow,

Then he gives you all you need and so much more,

Give your need to God,

Wait, watch, pray, and believe,

You will be astonished at what you will receive,

You see, two times two isn’t four anymore when God is involved,

No, two times two isn’t four anymore when God is involved,

Two times two isn’t four anymore when God is involved

His product is always so much more,

Oh, yes, his product is always so much more!

Someday Soon

Someday it won’t be like this

Someday we will hear a shout

And a trumpet in the sky

Someday we will be lifted up high

Living in a new heaven

And a new earth

Safe and sound in our rebirth

So, hang on and keep strong your faith

What is now will soon be replaced

No more will Your servants be tortured and abused

No more will Your children be stolen and wrongly used

No more wars over religious views

No more anger and hatred being fused

No more tears when sin has its way

No more fear of evil in this day

No more accidents, disease, or famine on display

No more marriages gone astray

No more No more No more

Because someday

Someday it won’t be like this

Someday we will hear a shout

And a trumpet in the sky

Someday we will be lifted up high

Living in a new heaven

And a new earth

All the saints will be reborn and new

All will have the same religious views

All the children playing on the streets of gold

All hate and anger will be memories of old

All those tears and sin will just cease

It will be replaced by joy and peace

Accidents disease and famine are left behind

The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit we will find

All this All this and so much more

Because someday

Someday it won’t be like this

Someday we will hear a shout

And a trumpet in the sky

Someday we will be lifted up high

Living in a new heaven

And a new earth

Safe and sound in our rebirth

Our world gets worse each new day

Our faith remains strong as we pray

For You our soon and coming King

Then everything becomes new yes everything

Making It Back To You

Lord I’m a long way from your light

I’ve let darkness come in both day and night

I’ve let their roots grow deep

I now even hear voices when I sleep

They’ve found a home in my mind and soul

They now have control

The enemy is sneaky; he gave me friends along the way

Your name was even included to make it feel okay

I am scared and confused and I want you back

I give you permission to take the darkness you see

Round it up, lock it up and throw away the key

Seek it out, cut it out and cast it out of me

Let your spirit come in and set me free

The light you sent for me to be saved

Deception and trickery keep it away

You kept trying and trying until one day

The prayers of those who love me broke through

And you showed me the way

Away from me Satan, I belong to Christ

Christ doesn’t love you he left you did he

Away from me Satan I belong to Christ

I left him, he didn’t leave me

I felt the power of the Lord throw my enemies aside

As His love filled me from the inside

Then he stepped in front of me and threw his arms out wide

Get away, he told the enemy, from my joy and my pride

I felt the joy of the Lord become my strength

As I stood behind my savior with release on my face

Thank you, Lord Jesus for not giving up on me

You paid the price so I could have this victory

Victory is found in Jesus alone

Yes, victory is found in Jesus alone

He will give you a heart of flesh

Prayer for Billings

Sovereign God, creator of all there is

Unite your churches as one and let it be a center of prayer, of holiness, of unity, of peace

Give your church boldness to speak your Word in love

As people become aware of their sin, make us ready for your Word to find its way in

Give us courage to be in the center of your Will.

Perform signs, wonders and miracles so people will have no doubt it is you.

Take us out of ourselves and fill us with your Holy Spirit fresh and new.

Put your angels around this city and let no evil in.

Send your army to cut and clear out the sin.

Break these strongholds of evil so that you can have a harvest of souls.

Convict all your children in Billings to pray for that goal.

Holy Spirit shine your light on these and other areas of darkness.

Expose them for what they are and make them lifeless.

Lord may you be glorified in Billings.

Lord may you be praised in Billings.

We pray for revival for Billings.

May this city be known for its faithfulness to You,

Through the redemption of your Blood.

We claim this city for the Lord.

Let Billings walk in the realm of your glory

Pour out your Spirit over Billings

By the power of your Word, your Blood, your Cross, your Spirit
in Jesus name!

It's Okay

It’s Okay

Go ahead and pray

Everything will be okay

Will it turn out the way you want

That’s up to God but probably not

Pray from your heart

It’s not what you say

He hears and applies it to his will

Because that’s God’s way

His ways are not ours

So, Let go and let God empower

Even though you cry out all night

God’s promise

Joy will come at daylight

Our faith may be

Small as a mustard seed

Claim his promises

And on his word feed

Our faith can move mountains you see

So, go ahead and pray fervently

Our eyes see

What is right in front of our face

We look selfishly

And hope for his grace

His eyes see throughout eternity

They see what must be

So, go ahead and pray
